We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase/pick up date and items must be unused and in resellable condition. You are responsible for return shipping/delivery plus a 20% restocking fee per item. If you have a problem with your stand up paddle board, please contact Beacon SUP immediately and provide as much information about the issue along with pictures when possible.

• Boards that show impact or abuse, damage due to heat exposure including but not limited to direct sun exposure, extended amount of time in a car, board bag, etc.
• Previous Repairs
• Broken Boards
• Boards with signs of improper care or handling
• Incidental Damage
• Unreasonable Use
• Boards Left Outside

EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING :

Do not expose your SUP board to excessive heat or sunlight when not in use. Whenever you are not using your SUP board (either during storage or transport to/from the beach) particular care and attention should be made to protect the board from the sun and heat. Excessive exposure to the sun and/or heat can result in the following unavoidable and undesirable consequences to particularly the deck pad which can become :

• Distorted in size and/or quality
• Unreasonable Use
• Significant fading of color

These undesirable consequences are not covered under Warranty as they are due to a user or storage problem,  and not related to the manufacturing or material quality of your product.
